Mod Crafter ("the Application") is a client-side web application operated by Endernet™. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected and how it is used.

2. Information We Collect

Because Mod Crafter runs entirely in your browser, we collect no personal data through the application itself:

We do not collect your name, email, or any identifying information unless you submit the contact form.
Mod descriptions and generated code are processed client-side and never stored on our servers.
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
We do not use third-party analytics.

3. Third-Party Services

Puter.js — your AI prompts are sent to Puter's servers for inference. See Puter's Privacy Policy.
Google Fonts — fonts load from Google's CDN, which may log your IP. See Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Contact Form Data

If you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email, and message solely to respond to your inquiry. We retain these for up to 12 months and do not share them with third parties.

5. Local Storage

Appearance preferences (theme, font, size) are stored in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared by clearing site data in your browser settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Mod Crafter is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy periodically. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page.

Mod Crafter is a free, browser-based tool that uses AI to generate Java source code for Minecraft Java Edition mods and packs them into downloadable .jar archives.

3. AI-Generated Code

All generated code is provided "as-is" without warranty. Always review before using in production.
Endernet™ is not responsible for bugs, crashes, or data loss caused by generated code.
You are responsible for ensuring your mod complies with Minecraft's EULA and applicable modding guidelines.
You retain full ownership of all code you generate using this Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate malicious software, cheats, exploits, or any content that is harmful, illegal, or violates the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

The Mod Crafter interface, design, and branding are the intellectual property of Endernet™. "Mod Crafter" and "Endernet" are trademarks of Endernet™. Generated code outputs are yours to use freely.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Endernet™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
